“Scrappy and Entrepreneurial”

Justin Will is the Founder and CEO of two small coffee companies based in Vershire, VT and a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. He is an active member in his community, serving on the town planning commission and on the board of a local non-profit. Justin also serves as the Chair for the Vershire Town Democratic Committee, and Secretary for the Orange County Democratic Committee.

Justin has a background in logistics and business management, including 15 years in the Navy, 3 of which were spent on submarines. He entered the coffee industry after completing a master’s in Coffee Science and Economics at the University of Trieste in Trieste. Justin has also completed a master’s in International Relations at the Fletcher School, with a focus on growing rural economies.
